Joules navy and white 3/4 sleeve tunic dress Southham nautical pockets size 4

Cute mini dress or tunic with patch pockets on the front. Body is primarily navy with horizontal white stripes. Pockets are white with navy vertical stripes. Sleeves are also white with navy stripes.
